Purchase Limits help you control how much in-game purchases by setting maximum daily, weekly and monthly limits.
You may request changes to your Purchase Limit at any time by contacting Customer Support
You may reduce your Purchase Limits at any time, and the changes will take effect as soon as they are applied. Requests to increase or remove an existing Purchase Limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before the change can be processed. Once received confirmation.

Session Limits help you manage the amount of time you spend using our Services each day.
Once your daily Session Limit has been reached:
Session Limits automatically reset at midnight in your local time zone.
You may request changes to your Session Limit at any time by contacting Customer Support

A Take a Break allows you to take a short break from Card Crush.
During a Take a Break:
Your account will automatically become available again once the selected Take a Break period expires.
Self-Exclusion is intended for players who would like to take a longer break from our Services.
During Self-Exclusion:
We would strongly recommend any Player who requests Self-Exclusion that you logout of your User Account and also cease to access our social media as soon as you make your request.
We will process the Self-Exclusion or Take a Break Request for an account as soon as feasible after verification of the request. You will receive a confirmation email once your request is successfully processed. In the event that you choose to continue using your account during the Self-Exclusion or Take a Break Request period, you are responsible for all activity including any purchases you attempt to make.
Self-Exclusion is not fail-safe, and we cannot guarantee that it is. However, we will take reasonable steps to ensure a Self-Exclusion request is implemented correctly.

Card Crush will retain certain data during the Self-Exclusion Period in accordance with our Privacy Policy
We will make reasonable efforts to stop sending marketing communications during your Self-Exclusion. If you receive any promotional material in error, please contact Customer Support so we can investigate.
If you require access to your account history during this time you will need to email [email protected] as you will not have access to your User Account.
Your account will remain inactive during the Self-Exclusion or Take a Break. If an account is reactivated, Cards and Mystery Coins are reinstated to the account to the previous amount immediately preceding the time of Self-Exclusion. If a Card Season has ended you will be awarded the same number of Cards in the current Season.
No refunds or transfer of Cards or Mystery Coins or any other withdrawals are permitted during the Self-Exclusion Period.
During a Self-Exclusion a Player should not enter any competitions relating to Card Crush and will not be permitted to win any competition prizes, also During a Self-Exclusion, no daily login will be allowed and no daily login rewards etc. will be processed.
If you have a pending withdrawal and request a Self-Exclusion or Take a Break it will not be processed. We recommend that you withdraw them BEFORE you request your Self-Exclusion or Take a Break. You will NOT have access to your account once you receive the confirmation email that your request is successfully processed.
Take a Break cannot be modified during the Take a Break period requested. Once the Take a Break period has concluded your User Account will be re-activated.
Self-Exclusion status cannot be modified or reversed in any manner for the period of time requested, thereafter you can request reactivation of your User Account subject to a seven (7) day waiting period.
Please do not try to circumvent a Take a Break or Self-Exclusion by registering a new account, setting up new emails to register an account or in any way disguising their identify to register a new account. If you do try and circumvent these player safety tools it may lead to a permanent ban from our Services. We can not be held responsible for any actions or purchases made from any new or additional accounts used to circumvent a Take a Break or Self-Exclusion.
We will not email you to re-activate your account during a Self-Exclusion so it will continue indefinitely until we hear from you.
Notwithstanding the above, we may exclude you from our Services for a definite or indefinite period in our sole discretion if we believe that there are reasons to indicate that it is not in your best interests to have access to our Services or that you have computer gaming Behaviour Disorder.
Self-Excluded accounts are not automatically reopened.
Once your selected Self-Exclusion period has expired, you may contact Customer Support to request that your account be reopened.
Your request will be subject to a seven (7) day waiting period.
Customer Support may ask you additional questions to confirm that reopening your account is the right decision for you. Reopening requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to decline a request where we believe reopening the account would not be in the player's best interests.

You can email [email protected] or Customer Support with the requested as the subject line (“Self-Exclusion Request”) or fill in our Contact Form. Please provide your full name, address and email address to ensure we can locate your account to implement the request.
If we cannot locate your account using this information, we may request additional information to verify your account.
After your Self-Exclusion Request has been processed you will receive a confirmation email to the email address that we determine is valid for your User Account. If you do not receive a confirmation email within seven days of submitting your Self-Exclusion Request please immediately email [email protected] or Customer Support to advise your confirmation email has not been received.
If at any point you discover your request has not been successfully applied, you must immediately inform us at [email protected]
